Forum Rules!

1. The forum is run for the benefit of all Bahama Bay HOA members and is limited to registered owners only.

2. By participating in the forum, owners agree and understand that any comments or use of the forum deemed inappropriate by the moderator may subject to immediate removal from the system.

3. No spam. All automated messages, advertisements, and links to competitor websites will be deleted immediately. The use of the PM (Private Message) system must not be used to send unsolicited spam to other members.

4. Post in relevant sub-forums only. Messages posted in the wrong topic area will be removed and placed in the correct sub-forum by moderators.

5. Respect other users. No flaming or abusing fellow forum members. Users who continue to post inflammatory, abusive comments will be deleted from the forum after two warnings are issued by moderators.

6. Harassment. No threats or harassment of other users will be tolerated. Any instance of threatening or harassing behavior is grounds for deletion from the forums.

7. Adult content. No profanity or pornography is allowed. Posts containing adult material will be deleted.

8. Illegal content. No re-posting of copyrighted materials or other illegal content is allowed. Any posts containing illegal content or copyrighted materials will be deleted.

9. If any of the rules are broken the moderators of the board without warning reserve the right to remove and or ban the user for a period of time, and or delete their account if the offense warrants such actions.

10. The Forum has been provided in a friendly and community spirit, and should be treated as such by all members.
